Exchanges:

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your product, Items must be in their original condition—unworn (other than for trying on), unwashed, undamaged, and unused—along with all original tags. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.

Returns:

Our priority is your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with your purchase, we offer refunds. You have 14 days from receiving your item(s) to notify us if you'd like to return them for a refund. After that, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, undamaged, and unused—along with all original tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect the items, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
